Karin Cooke, a remarkable career at Kaiser Permanente
Karin Cooke designs educational programs and presentations for international medical leaders to share Kaiser Permanente’s leading practices and successes with an integrated healthcare model.
Prior to joining KP International in 2018, Karin was a Director within KP’s Technology Innovation, a group that identifies emerging technologies relevant to Kaiser Permanente and partners with KP leaders and frontline innovators to test solutions that can transform the way they deliver care. Karin led a cross-functional team that fostered innovation projects across the organization through funding, design coaching, pilot design, legal and intellectual property management, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Karin worked in corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, healthcare and education, with a focus on building capacity and using technology to support the diverse communities served.
Karin holds a BA in Communications from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School.
