Within the framework of the HIMSS 2022 event, Swiss Digital Health and SwissEnoV are organizing, with the help of numerous partners, a study trip to the USA, from March 9 to 16, 2022.
This year the trip will start in the Washington DC area. The delegation will be welcomed by the management team of the Johns Hopkins Hospital, with a program specially designed for the group. Then, the delegation will travel to Florida to participate in the HIMSS22 event and related events specified on the attached programm ( 211208 HIMSS22 Swiss Extension program ).
Who is this trip for?
This study tour is part of a medium and long term strategic reflection on the place of innovation in the organization of health systems in Switzerland and internationally, in order to feed future decisions. This program is specifically designed for decision-makers in health and hospital systems (max. 30 participants).
What is the program about ?
Around the theme: “Use of state-of-the-art innovations in health crisis management and patient care: The Johns Hopkins model”, the program will be divided into two phases:
- the first is exclusively reserved for the Swiss delegation and will begin with a two-day visit to Washington DC, to state-of-the-art innovation centers and hospitals.
- the second phase will be done in collaboration with a French delegation and will be based on hospital visits, workshops, the HIMSS22 expo with more than 1’000 exhibitors and 40’000 participants, and breakfasts with industry and forum partners.
The cost of the complete program for 8 days – 7 nights is CHF 6599 (places are limited).
